News and Notes - WSA - Remote Working and COVID-19
To all of our members and associates:
WSA employees are able to access both email and voicemail remotely. In accordance with local government recommendations, WSA employees will be working remotely for the majority of regular operating hours.
If you reach a recording when calling the office, please leave a message. Someone will get back to you within 24 business hours.
You may also email: info@wsalife.com - Again, your service request will be addressed by a WSA Home Office employee within 24 hours.
WSA is not accepting in-person appointments at this time. We ask that you do not send mail either by express courier or with a method that requires a signature release. This will delay your mail unnecessarily! The Post Office Box is a secure method of delivery for all mail directed to WSA.
